    What was your motivation?
    My motivation for my weight reduction journey was turning into a more healthy model of myself for my grandbabies.

    I modified my consuming habits by following Terry Stark‘s meal prep and exercise program. I finished consuming chips, cheese, and fried meals. I began consuming greens and lean meat and adopted a strict no-salt weight loss plan.
