    I began my weight reduction journey again in 2017 after having my child. It’s been a really arduous journey, however I encourage individuals to remain constant, don’t get complacent, and belief the method. When you attain your objective, it’s a fantastic feeling.

    What was your motivation? What impressed you to maintain going, even once you needed to surrender?
    My motivation was seeing how a lot I let myself go. I needed to reside a more healthy way of life. 

    What stored me constant was the outcomes I achieved. I observed my physique altering and that I used to be feeling higher and lighter. 

    How did you modify your consuming habits?
    I primarily stick to a few meals a day. I eat junk meals and sweets if I really feel I’ve earned it. It’s good to maintain a steadiness like that.

    I fluctuate between working and higher physique days. So Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I’ll go working. On Tuesday and Thursday, I work on my higher physique. On my weekends, I’ll relaxation and get well.

    My beginning weight was 183 kilos, and now I weigh 120 kilos.
