    I had horrible prepartum and postpartum despair and nervousness. I wanted and needed to get higher after battling it for years. I had a two-year-old and a three-year-old on the time. They wanted me to get higher, and medication and remedy alone weren’t working. 

    What impressed you to maintain going, even if you needed to surrender?
    I fell in love with weightlifting and the sensation I acquired from pushing myself mentally and bodily. It’s a getaway for me. I zone out after I’m on the gymnasium. 

    How did you modify your consuming habits?
    I initially began Intermittent fasting (16:8). On Tuesdays, I might do a 24-hour quick. I lower out fried meals and junk meals, solely consuming Salmon, shrimp, hen, and floor turkey. I might additionally meal prep and embody a vegetable and fruit as soon as a day. I minimized my fruit consumption due to my PCOS.

    I carry weights 5-6 days per week and do cardio 2-3 days per week. My cardio of selection is indoor biking. I alternate physique components.
