Two of our favourite TV comedy stars are becoming a member of forces in Sketch, the function debut from writer-director Seth Worley.
After premiering at TIFF 2024, early opinions have Sketch sitting at 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. The plot? A widowed father struggles to lift his daughter—till her hilariously creepy drawings begin coming to life and terrorizing the city.
However the true draw is Tony Hale (Veep) and D’Arcy Carden (The Good Place) main the cost. Whereas I used to be stunned to see the movie picked up by Angel Studios (Sound of Freedom), the trailer speaks for itself: with these comedy heavyweights on the helm, we will certainly count on offbeat laughs, coronary heart, and loads of horror hijinks.
Sketch hits theaters August 6, 2025.
